A new lead | BACK | (April 9th 2026)
I might've stumbled onto a new lead. Starting the day the right way. Even if it's the weekend, go to bed early at say 10PM and wake early, perhaps slightly before the sun. I prefer 7:00 AM. I've found that when doing this, I feel like a human being who actually has control over his life as opposed to some algorithm-addicted gremlin. This has helped a bit. I like to start the morning by leaving my phone in a drawer in my room in Airplane Mode (for the "but what if something happens or someone calls/texts me"-people - please refer to this).
This effect "wears off" over the day. What I'll attempt now is reinforcing this image of self throughout the day. I have a rough idea of thing I may use to accomplish this. These include:
- a healthy breakfast
- a phone free morning
- doing things slowly
Throughout the day I thought about:
- Going to the Gym
- Praying
- Walks
- Reading like a page or two in a bogus book
- Hobby (for me this is coding)
I theorize that if I can pull this stuff off, I'll be able to live a better life. I'll test it tomorrow on April 10th.
Here goes nothing.
