xmWM is the result of about a year of trying to put together a window manager. I'd fail constantly, in total reaching about 16 attempts. This is the most recent one. It works semi-decently. It's definitely cumbersome to use, but it's mine and I'm proud of it. I have no pictures right now. I mean they exist and I could make some screenshots but let's be real - I'm way too lazy for that. In terms of code structure, I loosely followed dwm's structure and it worked out wonderfully. I cobbled together a very basic taskbar for it. It was horrible, let's be real. So I decided to rewrite it. That kind of snowballed into xmDE, which is what I'm working on now. There are no plans to "revisit" it in the near future. It stands as an achievement but that's about it. To be fair, X11 is too much of a pain in the ass for me to go back and bother myself with trying to get it to work on the same level as something like Openbox.
